'married man poke' is sweet basil.
chadon beni is used a lot by Jamaicans to season their jerk chicken and pork.
the last time I visited Guyana I brought back some of the seeds (yes it is grown in Guyana) but people don't use it to cook. I used it to spice up some nice homemade pizza when I was in GT.
