Former presidential candidate of the opposition coalition APNU David Granger says the 2011 elections result has cleared the way for more inclusionary democracy even as he maintains a call for them to be verified. The results have seen the ruling PPP/C lose its majority in the National Assembly for the first time in its 19-year rule with a 32-33 split of the seats in favour of the APNU, 26, and the AFC, 7.
“The elections’ results have cleared the way for a new politics – the politics of ‘inclusionary democracy’. We must seize this opportunity to reaffirm the oneness of the diverse Guyanese family and reassert the paramountcy of national unity,†Granger stated.

However, the retired army brigadier added that the APNU does not accept that the recent electoral process was flawless and reiterated that the Elections Commission present the Statements of Poll for verification, something the agency has said it will do.

You think I am a "rabble rouser"??
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I merely pointed out simple incontrovertible facts that you could not answer.I feel that my country does not deserve to have leaders who are closely aligned with convicted drug lords.I remain unconvinced that you share that view.I am hoping that you would condemn any political leader who has any alliance with drug lords such as Roger Khan.
The fact that President Ramotar seemed unable to attract any talent from the diaspora was somewhat disappointing.
I am sure that you and Krishna would compare favorably with some of the rethreads he announced in his cabinet.

that cabinet was never going to be about anything or anyone else but PPP's
I did not expect Ramotar to name any APNU or AFC people but I was hoping that he would name people that command respect.
If you look at Cheddi's cabinet in 1992 even the most diehard PNC supporter would have to admit that
there were
names that commanded respect.
To illustrate the point it would be useful if you could reproduce the names of
Dr. Jagan's 1992 cabinet for all to see.
