definition of racism.

im just asking

the term 'paki' is taken racially - but it in essence it means nothing

why is it the world calls Africans "black" as a descriptor and not "yellow" to the Chinese?

when ppl refer to arabs as 'towel heads" - what does that mean exactly?  is it really racial?

what about the term 'red neck" ?

i could go on...but i took some Nyquil.....

this is also my defination of racism , anything else is prejudice , of which all of us is guilty

The best definition of racism is when someone  tells you that they are not racist, but yet treat you different because of your race. Happens all the time to politically correct hypocrites.

I looked for a definition of racism and I have never been so pissed in my life at the results of any question I have ever asked of anyone and now anything..the internet

in the lontg wicky wacky  presentiation f a definition I went into the history section, the economic section, exactly where I expected good answers to be and found only nonsense.

Racism is relative, so a definition of racism would have to be likewise..therefore the economic/historical factors would be criticial in coming up with a definition of racism, which wud contain how it came about and why, how it has evovled over the time we have known it, and what it is currently.

in the definitions I have encountered there has been no mention of african slavery and white european indenture in the 'new world' and what that led to, the challenges it posed to the money that had invested in opening up the 'new world' and the reponse of money to that challenge.

nowhere in those definitions do we find racism as an officical/semi official policy, fully codified and administratrative, rolling out of that crucible as a way to control society, to divide fundamentally and rule, to secure social control for all time.

nowhere in there are the names listed of those intellects whose works established the theoretical constructs on which racism was built and sustained for almost 300 years now.

its as if those who work to define racism on the net are more keen to obfuscate and  and make complicated, than to clarify and enlighten

dat reads like Indo and Jewish Racism in particular.....but also chinese and Arab racism.  at least to me it does.

of those only Jewish racism has found a strutured existence in relation to the palestinians who have been shut out of their onw land by israeli administrarive racism.

Indo racism does not find such structural expression...yet? 

so far Indian racism is a clear touchable sense of superiority especially relative to blac people who are not high on Indos list of useful people

arab racism can be a very violent thing, always virulent and expressive relative to blac people.

blac people are the definite fact about all racism, being on the receiving end of all of them.  the one factor that seemingly unites all groups other than blac is hate for blacks. 

all groups have favourable impressions of each other but none have favourable impressions of blacs as a collective
