15-year-old stabbed to death at wedding house

Two persons are in Police custody assisting with investigations into the stabbing death of a 15-year-old boy at a wedding house.

The incident reportedly took place early this morning at Soesdyke. According to a Police statement, the teenager has been identified as Ricardo Singh.

He was reportedly at a wedding celebration and was discovered with a suspected stab wound to his abdomen.

He was rushed to the Diamond Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival. The two males who were taken into custody are still in custody. A post-mortem examination is to be performed soon.
