The AP on Thursday morning reported Attorney General Jeff Sessions was going to go after legalized marijuana, and so it came to pass. Sessions says he is rescinding a policy instituted under President Obama that had allowed legalized marijuana flourish in six states, with more considering the move. While the drug is illegal at the federal level, Politico reports the Obama-era guidelines "effectively limited prosecutions" of entities who sold pot in accordance with their own state law. As for whether those prosecutions will now surge, who knows? "I can't sit here and say whether it will or will not lead to more marijuana prosecutions," one Justice Department official tells Politico, which notes the announcement seemed to be "deliberately vague" about its own impact. In a memo, Sessions noted that federal prosecutors should decide on their own whether to devote resources to marijuana cases based on other demands in their districts, per the AP.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Ben Franklin used opioid drugs; Sigmund Freud used opioid drugs. The list of great and productive persons is long: People were all free to do so then till only less than a century ago. How did the world come so far using them? It has never been harmfulness that drives these laws. Without ethnic prejudice there would never have been alcohol prohibition. If you can imprison persons you may enslave them: it is an exception in the text of the 13th amendment. "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
en.wikipedia.org/wi... As a result murderers can get 20 years; or 7 years; while drug possession can result in life in prison.

Ok Sessions. You can't even make states follow federal immigration laws that would actually financially benefit them to do so, but you think you are going to take away tax revenue from states for pot sales. You are stroking out old man.
