the point is to take government and the church out of marriage...and everywhere the church causes human problems.  send the church out to fend for adherents based on the efficacy of its doctrine alone.  no tax breaks and official financial supports.. which would make sure that priests/reverends/imams/rabbis have to make a living other than in preaching to survive.

marriage let man and woman find the relations they want..to be free to join whatever relations deh want and cohabit/ and to break dem at any time just like dat.. and move on if deh want to. no freaking lawyers nutten like dat

both mother and father responsible fuh chirren..born and registered to dem both..period...until those chirren grow up  marriage will not be registered as before.  the children will be registered. the members of the marriage would be responsible for all committments made during the marriage.  deh will have to deal with them as they bot/all signed

in dat way homosexuals can marry demselves etc.  there would be no pension issues at the end for all people would be guaranteed pensions, individually by the society.

some forms of marriage would have to be prevented...like pedophillia.  and age of consent would have to set and maintained.  Incest would become a big question but deh at the time would have to deal with that.
