I actually prefer the Gy find-shrimps (without shell though) bunjay with mango......the best with dhall & rice.

the prawn size I prefer saute in a bit of butter and garlic with a squeeze of lemon

I bought some prawns last that I have to do something with. They are at least 8 inches long unpeeled. I was thinking of rolling them in batter and deep frying them. Any other suggestions?
