i cookee something unusual on the w/e

i had this really nice fresh green bunch of bora and i didn't want to cook it with potato and shrimp

then i remember that i had this can of halal corned beef so i decided to add it to the bora

man oh man....it went really well together

hubby said.....how come you never made it like this before?

it was delish!

there is some leftovas which i am having for dinner tonight.
