Taylor Swift has reportedly purchased a beachfront mansion in Rhode Island for 17 million dollars and has paid the full amount in hard cash. The 23-year-old singer was looking at the 11k-plus-square-foot property for a few weeks now, having toured the place back on April 15, TMZ.com reported. According to sources, the cost of the house, which sits on 5.23 acres, was around 20 million dollars, but the star got it for 17.75 million. The insiders added that Swift wired the money over and the movers were spotted at the pad on Saturday.
