well she said it was up to my boss if i stay the extra week or sorry - 11days!

cause i am only giving them 10 days.

this is why there should be no loyalty to a company

imagine if you want to leave them they want so much notice in my case 21 days

if they have to get rid of you - they walk you out the door - barely 2 secs

you should have tought about this first


a lot of companies don't like giving the vac pay when you leaving


unless they pushed you out


and that is a strange one 3wks notice


must be a CEO position you have

why dont you just take your  vaction days. looks like they looking to take it
