Married middle-school teacher Charles Oross’ license was revoked — and he will go to prison — after admitting to a Queens judge that he had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female student.

Oross, 45, copped a plea to having oral sex with the girl in a classroom at Susan B. Anthony/IS 238 in Hollis, as well as in his car, more than a dozen times.

“Did you engage in oral sexual conduct with [name withheld] between January 1, 2009, and January 31, 2009?” asked Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter.

“Yes, your honor,” Oross responded.

Under the plea deal, Oross, of East Islip, LI, will get six months in jail and 10 years’ probation, instead of up to seven years in prison, which he faced had he gone to trial.

It is a good thing that they didn't have this law in Guyana when I was going to school...cause plenty good, 'respectable' teachers would have gone to jail...and some of them even ended up marrying underaged girls because the family could do no better.

I remember being persecuted because I dared to call out one teacher who was engaging a female student (see I did not start calling out people only on this site...LOL) and facing serious consequences....even the head-master was against me. I was suspended from school for refusing to apologize....you guessed it right...for speaking the truth...I stood my ground, and the girl saved herself.

A couple of things Chairman...I don't respect flawed leadership, hypocrites, and expoliters. And I am not afraid of taking unpopular positions...as long as I know that at the end of the day I did the best I knew, then I am happy. I don't entertain bad thoughts about anyone after I have had my say.

Like...even on this mb...I know that I called out certaind people on certain topics, especially on the one where the ambassador was senselessly killed and no one here even expressed any sympathy or regret, but I moved on...even after being annointed all the accolades associated with being dumb....I know that my conscience was clear, and that is what matters. I couldn't change the fact that the man died, or how he was killed, but I let it be known how I felt about it....some disagreed with me, others obfuscated, and plenty ran away.

But after all I am me!!!
