looks was too all encompassing :

height , weight , hair and eyes...

what i meant by looks was

if the person was not the correct height or weight or hair colour or something....but very successful and great personality.  CHemistry is there somwhat but one person is holding out cause of a 'looks' factor that is missing

i was just being general. i dont know what ppl consider looks to be

For me , I would give it a shot albeit without a Life commitment.
