who had an incestuous relationship,

have lost their European court case.

was entitled to ban incest.

The law against incest is based partly on the increased likelihood :

why..wat do yu mean....?

incest is legal in spain, portugal, israel, brazil...not a prosecutable offense in some others including japan.

in all of those countries it is not legal for incest couples to have children and marry.

it Japan it is legal to have children but not marry.

I thought there was much more to it that dat?

anyhow..from what I see by report, media content etc.,  incest everywhere is at least quasi legal..so widespread and increasingly open is the practise of it
