i enjoy it

relaxes me and make me fall asleep like that (snaps my fingers)

and then for the next 45 mins.....in a dark room with with soft music in the background......i am dead to the world!!

it's not supposed to be painful (well...except for a slight discomfort).....if yours is.....then you need to change Dr.
