By now Mingo, Lowenfield, Volda and others whose guilt and evidence of their guilt is known world wide should have already been arrested and charged by the government of Guyana and remanded to no bail confinement due to their attempts to already evade being served by the court and the flight risk due to the length of sentencing they would get.
Why are they not currently under arrest??????
Justice Priya Sewnarine-Beharry has awarded $4.3M to former Deputy Chief Elections Officer (DCEO) of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) Vishnu Persaud in a defamation case he filed against Commissioner Vincent Alexander, the Guyana National Newspapers Limited – the publishers of the State-owned Guyana Chronicle, and its Editor-in-Chief Nigel Williams....HE SHOULD GET BACK HIS POST AND ROXANNE MYERS SHOULD BE LET GO OF. SHE WAS PART OF THE ATTEMPTED RIGGING CABAL.
So far at least $100 m in State monies diverted to benefit PNC.If PNC can't repay ,get judgement & sieze their Properties and sell to recover.Granger's House too
APNU/AFC Govt spent over $68M from taxpayers to retain private lawyers..all their legal gimmicks that had nothing to do with government were covered by government money. Its almost as if the party and government had become one and the same...shades of party paramountcy a la Burnham!
Basil Williams siphoned off at least $50 m in State monies to hire lawyers to defend PNC cases. But Anil on it ..he won't let it pass. E consulting dem law books !!
PPPC must not lose the opportunity to enforce the Law against the APNU for stealing of State resources& other excesses. Dem can't run dem get sanctioned.
