I'm not fluent in Afrikaans, so I won't try to translate the whole thing, but the words were pretty romantic.
What I can tell you is that the guy playing the guitar is Elvis Blue. He won the South African version of Idols two or three years ago. There are other videos on YouTube in which you can hear him singing.

It was quite funny because one of the judges of South African Idol is a huge Elvis Presley fan. He refused to call this guy Elvis and insisted on calling him Mr Blue.
His name isn't really Elvis, it's Jan Hoogendyk - fine for South Africans but if he ever ever wants to make it overseas, nobody will ever be able to pronounce that!
