nothing regarding the Hindu religon is written down anywhere, how things are supposed to be done traditions passed down thru generations usually are the norm..dem two granny from each side get together and form law.

and what about Muslim wedding ceremonies where did their customs come from

so how the hell do you know what you are doing is correct?  you cannot possibly rely on generations of passing down a mesg. youmust know that messages are skewed when it finally reaches the end user.
