an' doh talk about west indian sweet potato.  oh my!  fresh and cooked anyhow but preferrably roasted in coal pot with wood charcoal,  taken out, cooled and sliced by side of main dishes.

I  like my eddoes in soup period.  I like all provision in soup except green figs..which I reserve for fish broorf.  and now that I have been exposed... with Ackee and Sal'fish.

nutten yet! I eating late today.  I going by the bulk food store jess now and get me some Lima beans. 

den I going by ah place up in Ancaster..or one out in Binbrook..fuh some fresh organic ox tails out of which I will make a massive stew.

I will slow cook my Limas till they are melt in yuh mout'. prepare my oxtail separately, bring them to the table and mix them there..with a salad.

dat is my plan anyway..fuh a very late luuuuuunch
