Quote:To the great and supreme power which made the earth, the heavens, the sea, the sky, men and women, animals, birds, and creeping things, all that is and all that shall be, the Egyptians gave the name neter. This word survives in the Coptic ###, but both in the ancient language and in its younger relative the exact meaning of the word is lost. M. Pierret,[2] following de Rougé, connects it with the word ### and says that it means "renovation" (renouvellement), but Brugsch[3] renders it by "göttlich," "heilig," "divin," "sacré," and by three Arabic words which mean "divine," "sacred or set apart," and "holy" respectively. By a quotation from the stele of Canopus he shows that in Ptolemaic times it meant "holy" or "sacred" when applied to the animals of the gods. Mr. Renouf[4] says that "the notion expressed by nutar as a noun, and nutra as an adjective or verb, must be sought in the Coptic ###, which in the translation of the Bible corresponds to the Greek words {Greek du'namis, i?sxu's, i?sxuro's, i?sxupo'w} 'power,' 'force,' 'strong,' 'fortify,' 'protect,'"[5] and he goes on to show that the word neter means "strong" or "mighty." M. Maspero, however, thinks that the Coptic nomti has nothing in common with meter, the Egyptian word for God, and that the passages quoted by Mr. Renouf in support of his theory can be otherwise explained.[6] His own opinion is that the signification "strong," if it ever existed, is a derived and not an original meaning, and he believes that the word is

Quote:so old that its first sense is unknown to us. The fact that the Coptic translators of the Bible used the word nouti to express the name of the Supreme Being shows that no other word conveyed to their minds their conception of Him, and supports M. Maspero's views on this point. Another definition of the word given by Brugsch makes it to mean "the active power which produces and creates things in regular recurrence; which bestows new life upon them, and gives back to them their youthful vigour,"[1] and he adds that the innate conception of the word completely covers the original meaning of the Greek {Greek fu'sis} and the Latin natura.

Neteru, the gods.

But side by side with neter, whatever it may mean, we have mentioned in texts of all ages a number of beings called neteru which Egyptologists universally translate by the word "gods." Among these must be included the great cosmic powers and the beings who, although held to be supernatural, were yet finite and mortal, and were endowed by the Egyptians with love, hatred, and passions of every sort and kind. The difference between the conceptions of neter the one supreme God and the neteru is best shown by an appeal to Egyptian texts.

In the pyramid of Unas it is said to the deceased,

un-k ar kes neter

Thou existest at the side of God.[3]

In the pyramid of Teta it is said of the deceased,

ut'a-f met neter as set'em-nef metu

He weigheth words, and, behold, God hearkeneth unto the words.[3]

nas en Teta neter

God hath called Teta[4] (in his name, etc.).

this here is so old that no people but black people were alive....panditry was not even even an idea yet in the universe..nor Christian, Islam/Muslim...Shinto, Buddhism.....

and yet look at the translation....the words, language etc...and see where all the later Holy Books came from.  even at a glance it all becomes clear..where humanity came from and all that is social/cultural/civilized.

it is not only genes and blood markers, MTdna etc that tells where humanity came from, but all the remaining records of humanity, the oldest books and languages.....

languages:  all languages can be traced back to one original source..indeed that is why all langUAges can be translated into each other..BECAUSE HUMAN LANGUAGES HAVE ONE ORIGINAL SOURCE..AND IT IS NOT GREEK.

IT IS THE LANGUAGE OF neter...A WORD THAT IS SO OLD, EXTANT IN SOME CURRENT LANGUAGES FROM MORE ANCIENT ONES.. BUT FOR WHICH NO CERTAIN ORIGINAL MEANING CAN BE FOUND....THE FULL MEANING OF THE WORD STILL BEING CODIFIED...

WHAT WERE THESE ORIGINAL LANGUAGES/LANGUAGE THAT ALL HUMAN LANGUAGES CAME FROM ::confused:: ::confused::

Quote:Metu Neter – Ma’at – 11 Laws of God

Chakras, Gods, Information, Kemet, NTRW, Spiritual Laws January 24, 2013 Comments: 18
Kemetic Tree of LifeThe 11 Laws of God:

0. Law of Amen – You were made in the likeness of a peace that nothing can disturb. Reclaim your peace that you may attain to your reason for coming into existence – the enjoyment of life.

1. Law of Ausar – Your nature is an unconquerable peace, therefore nothing or no one in the world can be against you. All experiences come to you to promote your reclamation of peace, that you may in turn, aquire wisdom and power.

2. Law of Tehuti – When all of your thoughts, feelings and actions reflect the Word of God, then the power of God’s spirit and a peace that nothing can challange will flow through your being.

3. Law of Sekher – When the emotions of Man manifest in response to the Word of God, they have the power to influence the course of any and all events in the world.

4. Law of Ma’at – God needs you in order to come into the world. Fulfilling God’s need is the highest act of love, and only through your love for God can you fulfill your love for others. Become the Love of God in the world for the protection of the world.

5. Law of Herukhuti – Know that God neither punishes nor rewards nor protect, that you will have the comfort of controlling these yourself.

6. Law of Heru – You have the power but not the right to ignore God’s Law. Choose to follow the Law of God with the Love and Joy that grows out of understanding and the wisdom and power of God’s spirit will flow through your being.

7. Law of Het-Heru – It is not what you imagine. It is who is imagining. Are you a human or a divine being?

8. Law of Sebek – It is not what you think or what you affirm. It is who is thinking and affirming. Are you a human or a divine being?

9. Law of Auset – Prepare to sacrifice everything to become the vessel of God on earth, and you will, in turn, receive everything.

10. Law of Geb – Know that from heaven you came and to heaven you will return, seek not enduring works on earth.

Quote:Metu Neter – Vol 1. Pg. 17-19:

Let’s begin by making clear that the Laws of God bear no resemblance to man’s laws. They are not injunctions or commandments to be obeyed. They are not rules, prohibitions, or regulations prescribed to govern the behavior of man. Neither are they conventions that sages have met and agreed upon.

They are Principles that explain the nature and interaction of the forces and principles that influence man’s life—his/her thinking, feelings, actions and destiny. The observance of these Principles will enable the individual to live in harmony with these principles and forces, thus gaining access to God’s wisdom and spiritual power—all else that is needed or is important in life will follow. They apply to the 11 spheres of spiritual influence operating in man’s spirit and the world.

The presentation of the laws does not appeal to belief, faith or comprehension through some, as yet unmanifested, “higher spiritual” faculty. They appeal to man’s reasoning power and common experience.

They aim at providing man with an unshakable conviction based on logically derived understanding, given that it is thus that the power of the spirit is mobilized to fully act in the world. There might seem to be a contradiction in the presentation of the Laws of God as being based on logical reasoning. The contradiction exists only in the minds of people who have failed to understand the foundations of science and of religion.

The word “science” comes from the Latin “scire”, meaning “to know”—actually rules for determining that something is truly known. To oppose and exclude science from the spiritual and religious domain is to say that there is incapacity to attain true knowledge regarding God and the shaping factors of spirituality and religion. This may be true of some religions, especially those that have been erected upon belief and faith.
