It's an on-line scam, and the give away is glaringly obvious:

No bank will send you a link in an email for you to update your account. Neither will on-line businesses like Amazon, eBay, or Google.

The next step is receiving a email from a Nigerian King asking your help! Do not do that! hahaha! Be smart and keep yourself safe!
