CC Cleaner only removes garbage stuff that Windows left behind. MS Security Essentials is garbage. Get Panda Cloud (for free) or some other paid product Eset, bitlocker, Avg, or Kaspersky.
What version is your OS? (don't tell me windows XP)!! ::LOL::
