This is serious stuff! However, even companies with good backup end up paying cause its quicker to get files uncrypted than restoring terrabytes of data.

Chinee man demanded 250 bucks to remove that TV malware
he said I would never be able to use my computer
a 1 800 # to dial with a commanding LOUD voice comes on !
Blue screen: Of course i tole him to eff off and use my odda one .
One day I 'll figure how to get it off

boot up your PC in safe mode and install malwarebytes, run a scan

I tried : could not capture it
CC cleaner as well as Microsoft Security Scans
