There are a few unanswered questions here. Why did Mr. Dawson, a 66-year-old person from far away Tennesse find it necessary to go to the capital to disrupt house proceedings? What would make a 66-year-old man  want to draw a gun against police officers? Unless Mr. Dawson has a mental problem it would hardly be likely that a person would do what he has done without some form of a grouse against the administration. Part of the puzzle seems to be missing here.

Yeah, just some guy with a gun in the capitol and political power center of the United States...no need to be alarmed, or do something rash like shut down Capitol Hill.

If Muslims would stop committing extraordinary numbers of terrorist acts, then they would stop being stereotyped as terrorists. Pretty simple.
