i am suprised you guys dont tour canada

With this falling dollar ,I will have to give up Steak  , Lobster and Gilbaka

to go to BC the ticket is way to expensive....i might as well go to the UK for the same price and expense

So am I ....guess its juss "bragging rights"

and keeping up with the "Joneses" :

to head Cuba, Panama, Dominican and Jamaica  :

Listen....to go out West Canada in the summer time (BC or Alberta) is over 2k per person....for flight, hotel, meals, car rental.

works out to over 4K for two people

and I will not travel Canada in the winter months.....I don't ski!!
and I don't like road-trips.....so I ain't driving east or west Canada.

for approx. 2-3K both hubby and I can go to most of the 4-5* hotels in the tropics for one week ALL INCLUSIVE!!!
don't have to spend another dollar unless we chose to.

I go where I get the most bang for my hard-earned bucks!!!
and during our long winter months.....who doesn't want to head to the tropics for a week or so??

Travel within Canada is ridiculousy overpriced. we are the only country to do that.  In the US and Europe...its dirt cheap to fly domestic.


BC is so damn expensive..10days there would have cost me MORE than what i paid for Jamaica...and we paid alot.

I got to Calgary stampede for 500 bucks airfare

and they are a 2 hour time difference...

There are packaged deals to enjoy the Cowboys and the Cowgirls  :-*

I did the Train to Vancouver : spectacular scenery

Montreal Jazz festival is the finest ....4 hour drive 

The East Coast to partake in the World's best Lobster ???
