what I thought then.  I don't think so now..that is I think HAARP is responsible for a lot of crap with the weather, mucking around with the weather.  but earths I think now that earths weather is tied into universal causation which is dominant.  and that HAARP  will likely cause severe reaction for all of us as they go

I think people are a bit too paranoid over the weather. It's always been changing that's how the world works. But I miss winter
