Confirming that Simmons has not been reinstated yet, Muirhead revealed that a meeting was conducted with the former West Indian player regarding the issue.
"There has been no formal reinstatement," Muirhead told ESPNcricinfo.
"We agreed to certain conditions in principle about how to go forward."
