good old simple litigation. the USA government is in contravention of so many of its own laws the mind boggles. the interested parties..the American people... can litigate the american government to a standstill seeking to get them all changed....
the people legally can make a whole lot of trouble for the government it isn't funny.
it is the same thing with all who come and claim things about this or that and other people without proof. every racist in the USA can be made to answer for their claims and actions..can be made to prove that their behavior is accurate and in accordance with truth. if not they will have to pay heavily until they learn
