Deo shoud have played regularly after the Australian series where he showed character and application.
For whatever reason he was not persevered with and in my mind that was unjust.
Talking about him now is as mystical as talking about Sarwan so let it go.
Fudadin is another one who shoud feel aggrieved and perhaps should be opening the innings if one wanted to give the new crop a chance as opposed to confirmed failures in Smith!
Ketchim when is the last time you saw a season of FC cricket in the Caribbean?

GOOD POST. I SHUD HAVE ADDED FUDADIN TO MY TEAM...ANY OF THE 2, HE OR JOHNSON I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH AT #6. ADDITIONALLY FUDADIN CAN OPEN..WHICH IS A PROBLEM RIGHT NOW.
yet I wud prolly still go with Khan opening the innings because I want to try his bowling at the test level. then Fudadin at #6 over Johnson because I think he is the better batsman of those 2.
indeed if we open with Fudadin and let Khan in at #6..dat wud still be excellent from my way of looking at things. Khan is pure ultility. the only place on a team he does not fit is behind the stumps
I have seen Imran..many times when he started out as an opening batsman about 10 years ago and scored heavy. I have not seen him over 5 years now.
he got dropped too..was out of the side for long for whatever reason. he is an enigmatic player. he seems to me to be able to do whatever is required of him at any time
he bats any part of the line up. and he always bowled. but when Narine and the others took off he was asked to bowl a lot, to pik up the slack. and look at what happened
now why in the hell shud I not be interested ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

I dont agree with Mail on Deo..that he shud have played, he did play..got every opportunity. but Deo is a very ordinary player and his Oz success was his high point. dats all it was. then he became who he is normally.
Mail put you in your place when he said forget Deo..dat what you speak about Deo is mystical ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::.
that indeed is true. so Mail did indeed make a good post. he is also right about Foo. Foo is a better player than Johnson and I will pik him now instead
