What more must Permaul do?

While the exclusion of Sulieman Benn was expected after a dismal 1st Test; Veerasammy Permaul should have been Benn's replacement but this was not to be. What more must Permaul do?

I think Bishoo is Benn's replacement unless the selectors are mad enough to go with 4 pacers.
