Even though Perth is a pace friendly place, West Indies needs to prepare for spin. Historically, going for big shots vs Jaddu and Ashwin gets us prematurely out. The team needs to play the spinners for doubles and singles.
If we bat first, India are going to choke us and then chase 250-80 with ease.
If we bowl first, Sharma and Kohli might click, posting a score of 300-350. We can chase this, but it will largely depend on how stupidly we play their spin in the middle overs.
Ketchim explained it...spin early, late and ofetn...west indies is toas'
if Tahir can wat he did to the west indies imagine wat Ashwin will do. flummox is a nice word to point right there.
Holder shud just mail in the game..doh bodder to show up.
if Taylor is not on song the Indian openers will chew up west indian pace. Holder is of little concern....Sammy even less.
who then Russell? no! Bennay ::confused:: hmmmm. unless 2-3 of them have their best nights in a while India should blast west indie out of the water. but look! we have to keep the score down to have a chance. we doh need to have too much to score against the Indian spin
Gayle
Holder
Samuels
Charles
Simmons
Fletcher
Cotterel
Taylor
Roach
Benn
Miller
That's Ketchim's team. I like it. The only flaw is, you need Ramdin as your gloveman when you have two spinners. You also have no Sammy, who is good for an extra 20 runs at the end.

Carter/Sammy for Fletcher : BTW : where did you get Fletcher from ? :-[
Well I hope the West Indies don't plan to play the other yam digger in Johnson Charles when the face India. Charles like Smith and Gayle, are hit or miss players and the three of them can go very cheaply and leave the batting order in shambles. If they win the toss I think they should bowl first. Still will be difficult to beat India.
