I'm expecting to see England bounce back after their disastrous performance against New Zealand, but I wouldn't mind seeing another upset. More so because Scotland's captain was born in South Africa

One has to wonder what has to happen in order for Hales to get a game?

Crunching 50 from 39 balls for Moeen. Bell, by contrast, looks very nervy and out of form, struggling to find the pace of the pitch. 79/0 (13 ov).

Moeen brings up his century in style with a six. England really need to crack on from here in an effort to get their net run rate up.
