I went to school with people who were from Kashmir. They were all pale skinned Hindus.
When did all of those Muslims enter that area?

With the newly elected prime minister, I hoped he would become more peaceful than his past poor reputation. However, I am still hopeful because India is one our closest allies.

LOL pale skinned Hindus ? Compared to white people and Orientals Northern Indians are still a shade darker for the most part. Northern Indians are lighter and more fair skinned because of invaders from the North in ancient India that inter bred with the indigenous people at the time. Because of deserts and mountains they could not easily get to the South and so there the people retained their identity and are much more darker.

Narendra Modi has stated he wants to make Kashmir one of the top 10 vacation spots in the world again. Easier said than done but if anybody is remotely capable it is Modi.
