RICHIE: Okay fellas, I just talked to management. According to them, we've turned twenty two thousand, three hundred and eighty six corners over the past 15 years. Now they want us to try something new.
BENN: Something new?
RICHIE: They want us to try going in a straight line.
RAMDIN: A straight line? No offence coach, but turning corners is all we know.
RICHIE: I know this is a tough situation, Ramdin, and I expect the learning curve to be difficult-
BENN: Learning curve? I thought we goin' in a straight line?!
RICHIE: Well, it's a straight line, but slightly curved
BENN: And with no corners?
RICHIE: Exactly. No more corners. Only a nice, gentle, straight, curved line
NARINE: Wait a second, what exactly is the angle of this curved, straight line?
RICHIE: Well, that's up to you guys.
NARINE: So hypothetically, we can curve this straight line about 90 degrees?
RICHIE: Of course
NARINE: BUT THAT'S A DAMN RIGHT-ANGLE CORNER!
RICHIE: I know, but listen guys...
NARINE: No, YOU listen. This team was born to turn, cut and take corners. That's what we do. It's in our blood. We see a straight line...AND WE GO THE OTHER WAY. We see a victory...AND WE TAKE THE NEAREST CORNER. It's in our DNA, RITCHIE. It's WHO WE ARE!
BENN: YEAH!
RAMDIN: YEAH!
RICHIE: Guys, you can't let this defeatism take hold-
TAYLOR: It's not defeatism, it's truth!
RICHIE: I know it might feel this way now, but believe me, we can change. We can turn this around-

RICHIE: I've booked you all into a special training course. A two week Retreat-
RAMDIN: Retreat? I thought we going ahead?
RICHIE: It's a 2 week Retreat teaching us all how to Move Forward
RAMDIN: A RETREAT TO GO FORWARD VIA A CORNERLESS CURVED STRAIGHT LINE!!?
RICHIE: I know it sounds silly, guys, but it's the only way we can get back to winning ODIs.
RAMDIN: The ONLY way?
RICHIE: Yes
RAMDIN: THE....ONLY....WAY??
