There is a pay per game arrangement but you may need mutual agreement for the swaps you indicated and I am sure there would be acut off for trading.

I expected LIs and Guyana, based on their league positions for the last 4-5 years, to have had more players from other franchises. At least Guyana went for one.

Until the trading takes a different format next year would you start having an idea how this will work in reality.

This initiative needs time.
