He selects Samuels, Smith and Sammy all confirmed failures especially the latter 2. Smith 90+ ODIs at 17?

Brathwaite, like the other batsmen, have technique flaws and he would really struggle against the moving ball as he closes the bat face to early. His bat is not straight enough.


However after Bangladesh, you surely have to persevere with him. So he gets put into the A team.

You are misguided as to whose VISION is driving the DIRECTION of W.I. Cricket  .

But he must impart his Vision to incoming employees !

Pybus must have told Eldon Baptiste , Courtney Walsh and Lloyd :

A POTENTIAL STRIKE by West Indies’ cricketers is looming less than three weeks after the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) and the West Indies Players Association (WIPA) signed a landmark memorandum of understanding/collective bargaining agreement (MOU/CBA).
NATION SPORT investigations yesterday revealed that the WICB had been warned of a possible withdrawal of players’ services for tomorrow’s first One-Day International against India in Kochi.
The threat stems from various clauses of the new MOU/CBA with which the players are unhappy.
Well placed sources revealed that several Caribbean cricketers, including top international players, were not privy to many key sections of the agreement that was signed on September 18 by WICB president Dave Cameron and WIPA president and chief executive officer Wavell Hinds at the Accra Beach Hotel.
At the centre of the players’ issues are decisions taken that significantly result in a decline in income…

[size=14px]It is understood that under the terms of the new MOU/CBA, a portion of the revenue that was previously divided among West Indies players would now be shared by the wider membership of WIPA.[/size]
[size=14px]Additionally, the players would no longer be entitled to a 25 per cent share of  income the WICB secured from International Cricket Council events.[/size]

Of course not Krish.  But WIPA is their bargaining agent and from these articles it appears WIPA did not put this MOU to a vote as the players are saying they were not consulted and didn't know of its contents.

Here in the Great White North, that is cause for a formal complaint to the Labour Board for breach of trust and breach of a duty of fair representation against the Union.
