At one point or another in your career, you will report to a manager...if this lady has has never done in her career , then i would suggest this was teh time she approach a manager, in a situation like this one, that's all im saying, if her manager had said to her, go ahead and make teh call, no problem, the work place is not her home, or she wasn't dealing with her hubby, where she never tells him anything...
