U can watch Shai Hope and see he works extremely hard on his game behind the scenes, talent is 1 thing but if you don't continue to work hard on your talent it will show in your results! I think Hetty for 1 should take a page out of this guy's book, Hetty is definitely 1 the most talented batsman "Worldwide" so I can only see far better results and him being 1 of the best Worldwide if he works as hard behind the scenes like Hope is doing!! Hetty is Killing his game slowly with his fitness and determination and if his Fans can't see and admit it, They don't like the guy neither do they wish him well or want to see him at his best!! SIMPLE....

William Burton, a fast bowler, struggled to make his mark as he was
of mixed race and lacked the background to gain entry to
Barbados's only non-white club
In 1899 he emigrated to Demerara
which had less strict rules on colour
(other promising coloured players took the same route)
and he bowled well enough in his first season
to gain selection for the 1900 England tour

West Indies one-day captain Shai Hope has been predictably named to lead a star-studded Barbados Pride unit for their Super50 Cup campaign starting on October 17 in Trinidad and Tobago.
The 14-man squad includes Test captain Kraigg Brathwaite, a former captain Shamarh Brooks, along with West Indies internationals Roston Chase, Kyle Mayers, Raymon Reifer, Dominic Drakes, Akeem Jordan and Jomel Warrican.
Hope, appointed One-Day International skipper last February, is the region’s leading white-ball batsman and is ranked number 12 in the ICC World rankings.
