Johnson Charles had 48 games and average 26
Devon Smith 47 average 25.
Carter had 28 matches to average 23.
Fletcher had 25 matches and average 14.
Kraigg had 10 games to average 28.
Kieran Powell has 39 games under him belt and average crap
but has England grooming and coaching for the upcoming series.
Sunil Ambris will surprise many when he Open the batting !

I'd drop Kieron Powell and Nurse, move Holder up the order, play Bishoo, force Chase to bowl more overs, teach Holder to take extreme pace off his tail-end bowling, pray Shannon Gabriel heals fast (he is our only decent pace bowler now, with Jerone Taylor AWOL), and play Kyle Hope.
I know nothing about Sunil Ambrise, so can't comment on him. I'd persist with Evin Lewis and Jason Mohammed for a bit longer. Evin is another Johnson Charles - a happy-go-lucky slogger. Jason Mohammed may develop some substance.
I don't believe Nurse bowls better than Bishoo, but he is definitely a much better ODI batsman. And he's always chatting away and brings energy to the fielding. So it's 50/50 as to whether droppnig Nurse for Bishoo pays off. Ideally I'd prefer Narine, but the WICB's silly selection policy forbids this.
