Nowadays, there are so many conflicts that are dogging West Indies Cricket that it almost seems to ba a natural thing. The big concern for me is that It's become increasingly difficult to reconcile these frequently occurring conflicts between the board and players. Each side seems to find it easier to massage their egos than to come to an amicable solution.

This is quite bad. I am hearing about different controversies between WCB and their players. Even during WC winning I have heard something related to it. It is surely not good for West Indies cricket.

I feel bad for the players and the board particularly for the players. Why do they have to hold on to their ego rather than talk and bring a solution favorable for both sides. I hope it gets resolved soon. :-\
