The players' concerns are thought to centre mainly around Kumble's man-management skills. That's really surprised from Anil Kumble. Over strict and intimidate players is not good. Yes players and coach should have better understanding. I guess Gary Kirsten did really well in this section.

No question. The coach is very important, but a change many times brings extra motivation to the players. At the same time it also a new mentality that some might not adjust too...
