The fact that some teams won't visit kind of nullifies what the ICC want. It's all very well saying they think it's safe and international cricket should be played in Pakistan again, but if the actual individual teams don't think it is then they aren't going to go. What's the ICC going to do? Start demanding teams go and play there and if they don't start imposing restrictions on them? Don't think so...

Can just see the news headlines now if they DO force a team to go and play there and something does happen...
