a quick and short term solution to improve our domestic standard would be to allow two overseas professional players per team. They must be high quality and paid well.
Our players can learn how they train and prepare for games. The standard will improve right away. Bowlers will soon understand they need to bowl well and the batsmen will find out what quality pace feels like to bat against.
