Speaking as an outsider, other nations in my opinion aren't revelling in the fact that West Indies cricket is in turmoil and has been for a number of years, and I know it doesn't help but you do have the support and backing of most cricket fans and we hope the mess gets sorted out soon for all concerned.
That being said, I don't think that there's a quick fix to the problem, and even though there HAVE been a number of changes to try and save cricket in the West Indies, it seems to me that those in charge are only making half-hearted in their attempts to save the sport, and putting their own interests in front of anything else.
I'm sure that the WICB (or whatever they call themselves these days) DO want to see a resurgence in the game, but only if that means that they can continue to ride the gravy train they've been on into the future, and sadly I don't think they can have both.
