Since Holder made his Test debut, his strike-rate (104.2) is fourth worst (min 120 overs). Only M'shangwe (112.8), Eranga (124.2) and Samuels (154.7) have a higher strike-rate.

If you take out his one great series against England (in which he took 36% of his career Test wickets) - his strike-rate swells to 125.2.
