More empty threats from fringe groups. This kind of drama is expected anytime there is an India vs Pakistan match, especially in the light of recent Pathankot attacks. But the Indian government is sure to provide adequate security to the players, as they did during the recent South Asian games. This match will go ahead, but if there might be a few peaceful protests during the match.

of course, there is no question here. It was not like Pakistan didn't participate in the South Asian Games that was held in Assam,India. The Pakistani participants got full security and they will be treated the same way in the upcoming T20 World cup. It is there lost if they pull out of the tournament

I'd also posit that it would be a loss to the entire tournament in general. Although this is not a particularly good Pakistan team, there are still some fantastic indvidual players that deserve to grace a World Cup - namely Sarfraz Ahmed and Mohammad Amir. A World Cup without Pakistan, even a poor Pakistan team, would leave me feeling unfulfilled. You want to see the very best players play on the biggest stage.
