My ranking:
Sobers - the "great allrouder" prototype
Kallis - boring as hell but quietly wins games; responsible for taking SA to the top
I Khan - big match winner, revolutionised Pakistani cricket. Drives the ladies wild.
Kapil Dev - hilariously, has about 3 of the fastest test hundreds. Arguably India's first great bowler
I Botham - never really watched him; I only know of his exploits secondhand. Laziest commentator I've ever seen though.
A. Gilchrist - underrated. Looks like a friendly rodent. Was a T20 player before T20s.
Andy Flower - Hugely underrated. Averaged 50+. More a keeper/batsman all rounder though. Could also bowl.
Shaun Pollock - underrated. Donald overshadowed him as a bowler. Batted well vs big teams. Ginger.
Flintoff - for about 2 years, he was a beast. A huge game changer.
Angelo Mathews - Sri Lanka's new Mr Reliable. Too early to rate him.
Jomel Warrican - lol, this guy averages 65. He is currently West Indies' best batsman, and he's playing as a spin bowler.
Ben Stokes - too early to tell. Also ginger.

People like Tendulkar, Kane Williamson and Joe Root would get classified as great all rounders if they bowled a bit more. Great batsmen are cunning part-time spin bowlers. Tendulkar in particular used to come on, bowl one or two overs, and effortlessly knock over big batsmen. Even Gayle and Marlon Samuels have a similar knack.

Another vote here for Botham aswell, but as an Englishman that has banged Ian Botham's drum on every cricket forum going for a number of years now, that won't come as a shock to anybody.
For me, when you use the term all-rounder, Botham epitomizes exactly what an all-founder actually is and I think he often gets overlooked when people are talking about who's the best at this or that.

Samuels is always posing. The guy walks about like a fashion mannequin. Hooper used to smile once in a while at least.
