Bangladesh all out for 226 after their 50 overs. Brilliant bowling at the end from Paul and Springer, restricting the Tigers to just 30/4 from the final 5 overs. This is a big upset in the makings.

A rapid-fire opening stand is broken as Imlach departs for 14. West Indies 45/1 (5 ov).
Pope has been extremely aggressive right from the first ball. He has already been dropped once, but needs to continue on. Bangladesh will look to apply pressure with their spinners, Pope needs to counteract that with his natural attacking nature.

Pope did indeed take on the spinner, cranking the skipper for a four and a monster six before going for another heave but completely whiffing. West Indies 56/2 (7 ov). Two new batsman at the crease. An important 10 overs to try and rebuild now.

I am amazed at this performance by the West Indies; I had thought Bangladesh would be difficult to beat in their backyard. The bowlers have done extremely well to restrict them to 226 runs. Initially after seeing Bangladesh's score I though it is difficult pitch to bat on, but the opener have done well to put on 65 in just 10 overs. Although they have lost two wickets now the RRR is very less now and these two just have to put their head down and walk over the finishing line.

Very sensible batting from Hetmyer and Carty. They have been content with getting themselves in and rotating the strike, batting without danger. The score keeps ticking along and they are in control of this match. West Indies 95/2 (16 ov).

what an over from the skipper. Hetmyer greets the bowling change with two fours and six, and West Indies are now more than half way home. West Indies 117/2 (19 ov) need 110 more runs to win. RRR down to 3.54.

Bangladesh finally get a breakthrough as Carty is bowled playing a very ordinary shot against the spin. Still, West Indies very well positioned. Hetmyer holds the key, though Springer and Paul have accounted themselves well with the bat so far this tournament. West Indies 118/3 (20 ov) need 109 more runs to win.

this U19 team has good talent. Captain is agressive skipper, Imlaich, Pope, Holder, Joseph. Above all they got cool head.
