Well who wants to risk there live in Pakistan for cricket? Pakistan only have themselves to blame for the current state of no international cricket being played there.

According to the latest reports, teams will have a salary cap of $1 million, If I recall correctly, the CPL had a cap of $350,000.

In checking the official PSL website today, it appears there is some clarification on the number of overseas players that will be permitted to play in the tournament. Although more than 100 overseas players are expected to be included in the inaugural draft, only 20 players will be selected with a maximum of 4 foreign players per team permitted.
