Aus vs WI used to be epic battles. In the 1990s it was basically Ambrose, Lara and Walsh vs all of Australia. I still remember Ian Healy, the Aussie keeper, cheating out Lara in 1992 and 1999 (first test in Port of Spain), both times stumping him with balls clearly not in his hands. Lara and Ambrose used to come back angry in the next games.
WI need to start cheating. We gotta secretly increase our bat sizes, taking steroids and importing players from Australia. We can paint them black and brown and give them Bajan passports. I reckon we can also buy some good Pakistani fast bowlers; shave them and pass them for Guyanese.

no no no! the ICC greeds who want test cricket to die..so they declined to keep it up to date, explain it to the people, its value as a socially up-lifting sport in following it, watching it watching it, playing it. they never explained its historical importance in a complimentary marketing format to new generations.
they are letting test cricket die by neglect... to be replaced by T20, a Bokanovsky game for the mentally impaired..or to impair the mentality of those who follow cricket. a game for the modern day attention deficit, focus challenged crowd, targeted to the imbecile..to make imbecile.
test cricket has the legs to improve those who play and watch both. but they have allowed all of that meaning to pass and not replenish it in the minds of new generations..while their national cricket board appendages over the cricket world like wicb... do their best to kill in their locales
test cricket is the way to go..the game that gives you more not less.. a game for the mind and the body too!
impse all the people who allow their lives to be truncated for the benefit of those who have bled us for centuries and now have no more need of us as they robotize. they robotizing us too with jackass games and music, all the easier to eliminate us without a fight.
T20 ANYONE! AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE!

there is a whole story......if exposed can bring much clarity on the issue.....
you are only partial. we shud try for as much of the whole as we can manage
test cricket is too basic to become jurassic. but if attention span is shortened then all that requires lengthy focus become jurassic for those with deficits...
test cricket abandonment becomes not a positive but a hugely negative thing that the attention challenged actually celebrate.
attention deficit is a factor in the de-evolution of man, a Bokanovsky process that sees the multitudes jammin in bachanalia incessantly, continually, in idiotic jam and whine as if it is the best of Bethoven..rather Sparrow and Shorty..indeed convinced that it is.
as Shorty I sang..."I can take Jam and bread, Jam and Rice, Jam and roti but never jam and whine!"
jam an whine anyone ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

Clams, bullfrogs, Yogis, have long attention spans...just sit there in the same place, staring into empty space, day after day. ::yawn::
Jurassic Lazarus....ICC not Jesus. "Let the dead bury the dead." "I come not to abolish the laws of cricket, but to fulfill them."
