I don't think England has to worry about the last match too much. The West Indies will only get a draw at best because they don't have it in them to beat England over 5 days. They bowlers can't get 20 wickets and the batsmen can barely score 300 runs.

I don't believe any fixtures for an upcoming A Tour this year have been announced as of yet. Given the number of matches the first team have this summer, it would be a good opportunity for some corresponding A games.
The ODI Lions team that toured South Africa: Vince (c), Bairstow (wk), Billings (wk), Bresnan, Brooks, Gurney, Lees, Lyth, Parry, Patel, Plunkett, Rankin, Rashid, Roy, Stokes, Mark Wood. I believe that both Overton and Dunn were originally scheduled to be a part of the tour but both had to be replaced due to injuries. I had forgot about Dunn, he is another that has the chance to develop and could be a big part of the future. Luke Wood and Matthew Fisher were both a part of the Under-19 World Cup squad last year.
